John has been fortunate with a lot of media coverage and social media exposure. As a result, people recognize John and his great big smile. And John loves it. John is so grateful for our customers because they make everything possible.
John Cronin, co-founder and Chief Happiness Officer at John’s Crazy Socks, had great fun delivering a beautiful set of custom socks for Cally Farms to his friends Steve and Heidi Distante.
Filmmaker Katie Turinski created Sock Guys, a documentary short, that tells the story about how John and his father Mark created John’s Crazy Socks. Before, you had to attend a film festival to see Sock Guys, now Katie has made it available on Vimeo for all to enjoy.
John Cronin together with his co-founder and father, Mark X. Cronin, made a special delivery to Sleepy  Coffee Too so they would have socks in time for the opening of their gift shop. 
Working with a new charity partner, Gift of AdoptionJohn’s Crazy Socks recently introduced their Adoption Awareness Socks that celebrate the joys of adoption. John’s Crazy Socks donates 10 percent from the sale of those socks to Gift of Adoption. On Saturday, John delivered a package of these socks to parents who recently adopted a new baby with the support of Gift of Adoption. 
John and Mark X. Cronin, the father and son founders of John’s Crazy Socks, addressed the new members at the National Honor Society at John F Kennedy High school in Old Bethpage/Plainview. Their talk entertained and moved an auditorium filled with parents, teachers and the families of the 200 new inductees and ended with a standing ovation.

John’s Crazy Socks hosted Ashley Bunici, a student at the College of the Holy Cross, as part of the school’s Summer 2023 Alumni Job Shadow Program. The visit gave Ashley the opportunity to learn more about John’s Crazy Socks and the benefits of hiring people with differing abilities.

On Saturday, hundreds of Special Olympic athletes from across Long Island gathered to compete in the annual spring games. John Cronin, co-founder of John’s Crazy Socks, and his fellow Sock Wrangler, Andrew Oh, competed in the track and field events while the John’s Crazy Socks Team staffed a booth at the Olympic Village where visitors could compete in games and win prizes. 
John Cronin, co-founder of John’s Crazy Socks, has filmed his first TV commercial.  This ad was made possible by a grant from King Quality, the region’s largest home remodeling company.

When John Cronin, co-founder of John’s Crazy Socks, first met Anthony D’Esposito, he was a Councilman in the Town of Hempstead. Now, Anthony D’Esposito has been elected to the House of Representatives and John travelled to Washington D. C to meet with him.
