We only operate online so we can be everywhere that you are. We may change our minds in the future or run some pop-up shops, so we will let you know about any developments on the brick and mortar front.

Where do you get your socks? 

They come from all over. We are scouring the world for the coolest socks that we can offer you and we are always adding new socks. Some come from big sock producers, others from small ventures run by artisans.  Check the product description and we tell you where that item was made.

Do You Make Your Own Socks?

We design and have manufactured for us the Charity Awareness Socks.

 Is your website secure?

Security is important to you and to us. We operate a secure site (notice the https://  in front of our url.)  All of your transactions are fully encrypted. We back up all our files and we do not share any data with outside sources.

Can you tell me how you protect my privacy?

Your privacy is important to us and we do all we can to earn your trust. We carefully guard any information you give us and never share, sell or rent out any personal data. You can read our full privacy policy here.


 What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept the major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept PayPal. We are big music fans so we will accept tickets to shows by the following performers: Bob Dylan, Van Morrison, Neil Young, Jason Isbell and the Avett Brothers, Third Harmony, Beyoncé, Katy Perry. (Guess which Mark likes and which John prefers.) Send us the tickets and we’ll send you socks.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

We do not have a formal bulk purchase program, but if you email us at and tell us what you want, we will work something out that will make you happy.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we provide discounts and we generally like to make them a surprise.

There are other ways you might receive a discount. You might find a discount card when you receive your order. You might get a discount from our Facebook page. We will include discounts in our email newsletter.  We take care of our customers so keep your eyes out for discount opportunities coming your way.

Do you sell socks at wholesale?

We are doing our best to build our retail business and do not want to take our eye off the ball to sell socks via wholesale. Maybe once we design our own socks, we will change our minds. If you are interested in making a bulk purchase, we can work with you on a discount. Send us an email at, tell us what you want and we will work with you on a bulk purchase discount.

Can I order custom socks?

Hmmmmmm. Sounds like a good idea, but we do not take custom orders right now.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the U.S. and over three dozen countries. Check our shipping page to see the list of countries where we ship. 


How long does it take to process my order?

We want you to receive your socks right away. If we receive your order before 3 p.m. (Eastern Time), your order will go out that day. If it arrives after 3 p.m., your order will go out the next day. Orders received over the weekend ship on Monday. There may be some exceptions, but they would be described on the product page for the socks you ordered.

Do you offer free shipping?

If your order totals $40 or more, you receive free shipping via first class mail.

What if I do not qualify for free shipping?

If you have an order less than $40, then we charge you the actual postage rate. 

How long does the package take to get to me?

Generally, it will take from one to three days. You can see a map of shipping times by clicking here.

Do you provide express delivery?

If you want it shipped faster, we will make that happen, but you have to pay for it. We keep that simple too: 

  • Priority Mail (one to three days): $6.80
  • Priority Mail Express is the fastest mail service offered by the Postal Service. It provides guaranteed 1-Day or 2-Day expedited service by 3 p.m. for any mailable matter and includes $100 of insurance coverage. Priority Mail Express delivery is offered 365 days a year in many locations.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your policy on returns and exchanges?

We want you to love our socks and to make you happy. You can return your purchase no questions asked in the first 30 days and we will give you a refund. Past 30 days, we will exchange your purchase. You can read our full refunds and exchange policy here.

My socks showed up damaged when I received them. Can I get a refund or exchange?

First, we apologize if our socks arrived damaged. We want you to love our socks and who can love damaged socks?  Send them back and we will arrange a refund or exchange, whichever you prefer. If you have questions, send an email to
