John and Mark X. Cronin of John’s Crazy Socks visited Molloy University’s MOST Program, sharing their journey of entrepreneurship and inclusion. John, a man with Down syndrome, turned job-seeking struggles into a thriving business. Their message of empowerment and workplace inclusion left students inspired and hopeful.

Our mission has made John and me evangelists for the ideal of inclusion. At the same time, our business, due to its success and recognition, has created a platform where people will listen to us. That creates an obligation on our part to speak up.
