Let’s take care of you right away.
We want you to be happy so we have a simple refund policy to take care of you. We have to tell you that we are disappointed every time someone wants to return an item. We love our socks and want you to love them too. The least we can do is take care of your return.
We make this simple: You return your unworn socks for a full refund any time within the first 30 days no questions asked. If 30 days has passed, you can return your socks for an exchange at any time.
If you want to make an exchange, let us know what you want to return and what new item you want. Simply explain this in an email to service@JohnsCrazySocks.com. Make sure to include your contact information (address and phone number). We'll take care of it right away. If we have any questions, we'll contact you.
How to Obtain Your Refund
If you don’t love your socks, send them back and we will refund your money. The only limitation is that you must return the unworn purchased item within 30 days of the purchase.

If you have questions, call us at 631-760-5625.
Once we receive your package, we will send you an email letting you know that we have the item. We will process your refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Wait, you have not received your refund, what should you do?
Please follow these steps:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you have a gift you want to return?
Bummer. The person who gave it to you wants you to be happy and so do we.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
