John here. We have a mission to spread happiness. We want you to love our products and service. If there is a problem, we want to do what it takes to make you happy. We make our Refund and Exchange Policy all about you and making you happy. Here are the details:
We are in the business of spreading happiness and we hope you love what you ordered. If for any reason you are not happy, we will do what it takes to fix the problem. All our products can be returned or exchanged within two years.That's right, two years. We will do anything we can to make sure our customers are happy.
(OK, we have two exceptions: Custom Socks and Face Masks (due to Health Department Regulations).
We will replace or refund any item, no questions asked. (Yes, we believe in our products and service that much.) All you have to do is contact us. You do not have to fill out any form. Just contact us. We will do everything we can to make you happy.
