Our designer creates 2–3 mockups tailored to your brand. Revise until perfect — no charge for revisions, no approval pressure.
Lock In Your Order
Approve the final design and confirm quantity per size. We'll send a PO and start production immediately. Deposit terms available on larger orders.
In-House Production
Every pair is knit and assembled by our team in-house. Quality control on every pair — not random sampling. 8-week production window.
Shipped & Followed Up
Orders ship with full tracking. Carol follows up 48 hours after delivery to make sure everything arrived exactly as promised.

What is the minimum bulk order?
The minimum is 100 pairs per design. You can mix sizes within that 100 (Small, Medium, Adult Large) at no extra charge. Orders 250+ and 500+ automatically qualify for lower per-pair pricing.
Do you offer wholesale pricing over 1,000 pairs?
Yes. Orders over 1,000 pairs receive additional custom pricing beyond our published tiers. Contact Carol directly with your quantity and we'll send a custom quote within 4 business hours.
Are there setup fees or design charges?
Never. Design service, mockups, custom woven tags, and all package elements are included in the per-pair price. No hidden fees at any stage — the price we quote is what you pay.
What's the lead time for bulk orders?
Plan for 8–10 weeks from the day you approve the final design. Larger orders (1,000+ pairs) may run slightly longer depending on complexity and timing. We give honest lead times up front — we don't make promises we can't keep.
Can I mix sizes in a single bulk order?
Yes. You can split the order across our three sizes (Small, Medium, Adult Large) at no extra charge. We'll work with you to estimate the right mix based on your recipient group.
Do you offer payment terms on large bulk orders?
Yes. For orders over 500 pairs we can offer deposit-and-balance terms. Contact Carol to discuss payment options for your specific order size.
Can I reorder bulk socks later at the same price?
Yes. Once your design is on file, reorders skip the design phase and ship faster. Reorder pricing matches the tier for the reorder quantity — a 500-pair reorder gets the 500+ price tier.
What sizes are available?
Adult Large — unisex, fits most adults with shoe size 8.5+. Adult Medium — fits most women and children 11+. Small — fits most children age 7–10.
