John and Mark X. Cronin, the co-founders of John’s Crazy Socks, recently made a guest appearance on Main Street News. Hosted by one of Long Island’s leading public figures, Eric Alexander, the program is produced by Vision Long Island. Eric interviews government, community and business leaders to shine a light on good things happening on Long Island.
John’s Crazy Socks asked our customers Would you recommend us to family and friends?” They answered with a resounding YES! These results produced a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 92, putting John’s Crazy Socks among the elite companies in the world in making customers happy and building brand loyalty.
This afternoon, John and Mark X. Cronin, co-founders of John’s Crazy Socks, spoke to staff and clients at the Pike County Development Center in Milford, Pennsylvania. The father-son entrepreneurs inspired the students and offered hope that there are jobs waiting for the students.
Contributing a chapter to Pulling Each Other Along enabled me to share how John has made me a better person and a better parent. It is a story of gratitude.
In November 2021, we raised $7,602.55 for our charity partners. Through November 2021, we have now raised more than $472,191 for our charity partners. Giving Back is an essential part of our mission and we are excited by our ability to support others. We continue to learn that the more we can give, the happier we are.
At John’s Crazy Socks, we have a mission to spread happiness. Ask John how to achieve happiness and he will tell you: “Do for others and have gratitude.” In that spirit, we held our second annual 12 Days of Giving during the first 12 days of December. Each day, we highlighted the work of a charity partner and raised additional funds by donating $1 from every order to that charity partner.
John’s Crazy Socks reached our 5th anniversary on December 9, 2021, and to celebrate, we hosted an Open House Party and Pop Up Shop on Saturday, December 11, 2021. If we were going to have a party, we wanted our supporters and customers to join in the fun. After all, they are the ones who make everything possible.
