On Friday night, John and Mark X. Cronin, co-founders of John’s Crazy Socks, visited the Nassau County Police Activity League (PAL) basketball program. John presented his Police Tribute Socks to the Police Officers running the program and handed out socks to the athletes in the basketball program. 

John’s Crazy Socks has introduced Police Tribute Socks that celebrate and honor police officers. John’s Crazy Socks donates 10 percent from the sale of the Police Tribute Socks to the Police Activity League (PAL) of Nassau County.

John’s Crazy Socks has introduced a line of Athletic Socks and John Cronin, co-founder and inspiration for John’s Crazy Socks, could not wait to give his soccer teammates a pair of those socks. Saturday at the end of practice for the HBC Special Olympic Soccer Team, John got all his teammates together, thanked them and began handing out the athletic socks. 
Hundreds of people from across the country and around the world gather in Times Square for the video and John Cronin, founder of John’s Crazy Socks, and his family were among those joining the fun.

We invited Suzanne Reek, the Executive Director of the Nassau/Suffolk Chapter of the Autism Society of America, to join us at our weekly staff lunch today. John Cronin, the co-founder of John’s Crazy Socks, presented Suzanne with a symbolic “big check” representing our quarterly donation. 
At their heart, John and Mark X. Cronin, the father and son team that co-founded John’s Crazy Socks, are entrepreneurs so they relish the opportunity to speak with other entrepreneurs. That’s why they meet each semester with the students in the entrepreneurship program at the Rhode Island Developmental Disabilities Council (RIDDC). 
John Cronin, co-founder and Chief Happiness officer at John’s Crazy Socks, was excited this week because we made another donation to the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS).

For the past 22 years, John Cronin has competed in the Special Olympics. John is also the founder of John's Crazy Socks and to show his appreciation for the Special Olympics he has made them a charity partner for his company. This week, John delivered the quarterly donation check to the Special Olympics.
John and his family are forever grateful for his time at ACDS and John showed that gratitude as he returned for a visit and delivered a donation.
The North Shore Animal League America honored John’s Crazy Socks and its co-founders, John and Mark X. Cronin, with their Crystal Collar Award at a celebration of DOGust First.

People wear crazy socks to celebrate World Down Syndrome Day and this year, John’s Crazy Socks is working with Down Syndrome International and the National Down Syndrome Society to create socks for World Down Syndrome Day 2024.

Together with DSi and the NDSS, John's Crazy Socks is holding a sock design contest where people with Down syndrome and their families can submit designs.

John Cronin, co-founder of John’s Crazy Socks, is a tireless advocate for people with Down syndrome and all people with differing abilities. John took time today to thank New York Assemblyman Steve Stern for his support for people with differing abilities by presenting the Assembly with a Certificate of Appreciation from John’s Crazy Socks.
