T.F. O’Brien Cooling & Heating, a Long Island-based HVAC company, wanted to create socks as thank-you gifts for customers that were fun and memorable. They worked with the John’s Crazy Socks design team to create two different, but related, designs that they could send to new customers to show their appreciation for their business. The result was two beautiful socks – one with a “cooling” theme and one with a “heating” theme that not only highlights their business but also shows their playful side!
On June 2, John and Mark Cronin, the founders of John’s Crazy Socks, travelled to New Hyde Park, New York to personally deliver the socks and to meet with the T.F. O’Brien employees. Everybody loved the socks – of course, the employees wanted to keep some themselves – and they were excited to meet John. 
John’s Crazy Socks Can Handle the Shipment of Individual Custom Socks
T.F. O’Brien is an HVAC contractor – they don’t have the expertise to ship socks to all their customers on a regular basis. Fortunately, same-day fulfillment is something that John’s Crazy Socks does every day. So, T.F. O’Brien contracts with John’s Crazy Socks to ship the custom socks we designed for them. Periodically, T.F. O’Brien send JCS a spreadsheet with the new customers’ name and address. John’s Crazy Socks packages the 2 custom socks in a beautiful red gift page, encloses a thank you note from T.F. O’Brien, as well as a thank-you note from John and, of course, some candy, and ships it to the customer. John’s Crazy Socks can not only create beautiful and unique custom socks for your business, they can also take away the headache of distribution and ship them directly to your customers, employees, or other gift recipients!
