At John’s Crazy Socks, we believe in spreading happiness through every order we ship. That’s why we hire and train our own Sock Wranglers in-house. Most of our team members have differing abilities and earn their roles through hard work. We focus on community, respect, and building real opportunities. Our inclusive hiring process helps us deliver joy and quality every single day.

More than half of our team—22 out of 34 employees—are people with differing abilities. For many, this is their first job, and we take that milestone seriously. Let us share the special ways we welcome and honor our Sock Wranglers (what we lovingly call the pickers in our Pick and Pack warehouse).
