October is Down Syndrome Awareness Month, a time dedicated to celebrating the abilities, accomplishments, and contributions of people with Down syndrome. Giving Back is an essential part of our mission, and we are excited by our ability to support others. We continue to learn that the more we can give, the happier we are.
John had a magical weekend last week celebrating with the National Down Syndrome Society (NDSS). The weekend started in Times Square with the screening of a video, then moved to Central Park for the annual NYC Buddy Walk and finished at the Mets game on Sunday afternoon with John invited onto the field for a special celebration.
