How Long Does Shipping Take? 

We work hard to get your socks to you as quickly as possible. We do same-day shipping Monday through Friday. If we receive your order by 3 p.m., it is going out that day. Our Sock Wranglers work hard to spread happiness. Our error rate is less than .2 of one percent, Awesome! 

What Will My Package Contain? 

You will receive a brightly colored package. Inside, you will find the socks you love, a thank-you note from John, some candy and on the packing slip, you will see the picture and name of the Sock Wrangler who filled your order. We send you a package of happiness.

Do You Offer Free Shipping? 

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount, so you can enjoy your socks without worrying about extra shipping costs. Check our website for current free shipping thresholds to see if your order qualifies. It’s just one more way we’re spreading happiness with every order! 

Can I Track My Order? 

Absolutely! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package and see when your new favorite socks will arrive at your door.
