United StatesI can't review product that never arrived. In all honesty this simple order of socks went extremely wrong. Order placed Oct 30 wasn't shipped until Nov 14. Wrong order arrived. I emailed twice with no response. Called Nov 18 was told the sock wranglers would get my order ready. Nothing arrived. Called again and was told all orders shipped Oct 30th were lost in the mail and they had no method to know which orders were lost, however she would have sock wranglers gather my order (for the 3rd time). Oh, this time she emailed me a return label for the order that did arrive. Again nothing was shipped. Called again (more than a month after order was placed) and was told, "Wow, this is the order from ****". Was issued a refund and was told whatever socks were in stock from my order would be sent... nothing was sent. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from John's Crazy Socks again.
