These beautiful book-themed socks have a special meaning to John and John's Crazy Socks Team. John has struck up a relationship with President George H. W. Bush and the former President wore these socks during the services for his wife, Barbara Bush, as a tribute to his wife's commitment to literacy programs. At Mr. Bush's request, we sent these Socks (as well as the women’s version) to the Bush family who wore them at the service to honor Mrs. Bush. We were so honored and humbled to help the family.
Mrs. Bush had long promoted family literacy and had raised over $100 million for the cause. To honor Mrs. Bush, we will donate 10 percent of the profits from each pair of these socks to the Barbara Bush Literacy Foundation.

United StatesI bought these socks as a Christmas gift for my avid reader dad and librarian aunt. I was a little weary at first when purchasing because other sock companies release fun designs but the socks aren’t comfortable in size or material, or look totally different physically than in the pictures. I am super happy with these socks though! I received them quickly by mail, they’re soft, and have crisp printed images that don’t looked warped when worn. The neutral tones of the library socks also don’t make them too overwhelming for people who don’t like to stand out. On top of that, these products give back to communities and charities that me and my family support. It seems like a win-win for everyone. In just the past couple weeks I’ve now bought 5 pairs of socks from here. Not only am I happy about the socks, I’m excited to give them as gifts to my dearest friends.
