Healthcare Superhero Socks from John’s Crazy Socks

When the COVID-19 pandemic began, we wanted to find a way to say thank you to the frontline medical workers. They were putting their lives on the line to treat the rest of us. We created our HealthCare Superhero Socks and This Hero Wears Scrubs Socks to express our admiration and gratitude.

These socks do more than simply look good (and boy, they do look good), they also raise money to support frontline medical workers. We donate money from every purchase of these socks to the American Nurses Foundation’s Coronavirus Response Fund and the Covid-19 Relief Fund at Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center on Long Island, New York because we are located on Long Island.

John Cronin, co-founder and Chief Happiness Officer at John’s Crazy Socks said, “These socks make me so happy. I always say that we need to do for others and show gratitude. That’s what we are doing with our HealthCare Superhero Socks.

Mark X. Cronin, John’s father and co-founder said, “during the pandemic, we were told to stay at home and stay isolated, but these workers put their lives on the line to care for us. John contracted the virus and spent eight days in the hospital. We saw first-hand the difference these frontline medical workers made.”

We are so excited that we have donated over $40,000 to the American Nurse’s Foundation’s Coronavirus Response Fund and Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center’s Covid-19 Relief Fund to celebrate and honor the work done by the nurses, doctors and health care professionals.”

Giving back is important to us and is part of what we do every day,” said John.

You can purchase the HealthCare Superhero Socks and This Hero Wears Scrubs Socks at the John’s Crazy Socks online store. We donate 10 percent from each purchase to frontline workers.
