Our co-founder and John’s father, Mark X. Cronin, has been recognized as a “Champion of Long Island’s Special Needs Community” by New York Family. The publication selected Mark X. Cronin for “making Long Island a better place for people with disabilities.”
“I am so proud of my Dad,” said John Cronin. “People always congratulate me and give me awards, but everything I do, I do with him. He gives me strength and makes everything possible. I love him.”

The publication selected leaders making a difference for the special needs community. The list includes twenty-two heads of schools, directors of programs, non-profit executives, lawyers, doctors and business leaders.
Reacting to the award, Mark X. Cronin said, “This award recognizes the work that all of us are doing at John’s Crazy Socks. While it is the work that matters, it is always good when others see the work my colleagues perform.”
