John and Mark from John’s Crazy Socks visited business students at Long Island University’s C.W. Post campus to share their journey of building a mission-driven company focused on spreading happiness and creating inclusive employment opportunities. They inspired future entrepreneurs by showing how a small business can grow into a global brand by staying true to its purpose, embracing individuals of all abilities, and leading with heart. Their message was clear: real success comes from making a positive impact—and having fun along the way.
