John Cronin, the co-founder of Abilities Rising and John’s Crazy Socks, brought his infectious joy and entrepreneurial spirit to the set of Colorado & Company in Denver this week. John appeared on the show to share his excitement about participating in Celebrate Shop, a groundbreaking marketplace and conference that showcases entrepreneurs with differing abilities.
“I loved being on the show because I always love talking about my business. I love being an entrepreneur,” said John with a great big smile on his face.
John’s energy lit up the screen as he talked about his mission to spread happiness through socks. He showed off his favorite sock designs, including his All Abilities Crew Socks , which celebrate people with differing abilities. Viewers saw firsthand what makes John’s Crazy Socks the world’s largest sock store and a shining example of what inclusive business can look like.

He’ll be a featured entrepreneur at Celebrate Shop, an event organized by Celebrate EDU that brings together over 30 entrepreneurs with differing abilities. The event takes place November 15–16 at the Curtis Hotel in downtown Denver. John and his dad, Mark X. Cronin, will be there on Saturday, November 15, to sell socks, connect with customers, and speak on several panels.
John will be joining a panel on Entrepreneurship and Family alongside his father. Mark will also speak at the Parent Panel, sharing stories of their journey, from launching a business at their kitchen table to building a global brand that has created over 30 jobs and donated more than $800,000 to charities.
Celebrate Shop is more than a market. It’s a movement, one that proves what people with differing abilities can achieve when they’re given the opportunity to shine. That’s what John lives and breathes every day.
