At John’s Crazy Socks, we love socks and we love people who love socks. We’ve created a Sock Design Contest for socks lovers. Share your design and you can win $1,000 and have John make your socks.

Show us Your Dream Socks
We want to see the socks you would love to make. It is easy to enter. You go to the Sock Design Page at the John’s Crazy Sock website. Click on the entry form, fill out the simple entry form, attach a picture of your sock design and submit. It is that easy. The deadline to submit an entry is August 1, 2023.
You must own the design. No using other people’s trademark ideas. You must be 18 to enter and you must upload either a JPG or PNG file. We told you it was simple. Get the full rules here.
Winner Winner
The first-place winner receives $1,000. Even better, we will make your socks and sell them in our store and you will get a dozen pairs of those socks. And even better, we will donate 10 percent from the sale of those socks to a charity partner and you get to help pick the charity partner. When you win, we will make you internet famous and a philanthropist.
The second-place winner receives a $100 gift certificate to our online store and the third-place winner earns a $50 gift certificate to our online store.
Previous Winners
Last year’s winners, Erin and Bear Bonner designed the Wheels on Firesocks that raise money for the Viscardi Center. And the 2021 winner, Sierra Sapack, designed ASL I Love You socks using images from American Sign Language and they raise money for the Lexington School for the Deaf.
Deadlines and The Process for Picking a Winner
The submission deadline for the Sock Design Contest is August 1, 2023. For all rules and to enter visit the sock design contest webpage and fill out the contact information.
John’s Crazy Socks will select a list of ten (10) semi-finalist designs from all submissions. We will then ask our customers to vote for their favorite designs and that will narrow the list to five (5) finalists. Finally, a selection committee, headed by John Cronin, will select the final winning designs.
