What do you get when a young entrepreneur on the autism spectrum dreams bigger, and his mom helps him build it from the ground up? You get OneFor All Gifts, a warm, welcoming shop in Southold, New York, that has become a beacon for inclusive entrepreneurship. And here at John's Crazy Socks, we couldn't be happier than to be there at the beginning, offering our support and advice.
Founded by Sean DeMarco and his mother, Theresa, One For All Gifts is about to celebrate its fifth anniversary. What a journey it has been. What started as a solution to a problem during the pandemic has grown into something far more powerful: a thriving store that carries handmade items from more than 70 neurodiverse creators nationwide. Every time you walk in, you feel the joy and purpose that Sean and Theresa have built into every corner.
But their story didn't start in a shop. It began when the pandemic shut down the pop-up fairs where Sean had been selling his movie posters. He asked his mom, "Are there others like me trying to run a business?" That question became the spark that launched One For All. Not just a place to sell Sean's products, but a home for other makers with differing abilities.

One for All and John's Crazy Socks
Early on, Theresa and Sean reached out to us at John's Crazy Socks for advice. We were honored to be among their first suppliers and even more honored to help connect them with other neurodiverse entrepreneurs around the country. They were building a community, and we were thrilled to help them grow it.
John has visited the store many times and loves talking shop with Sean. They share the same entrepreneurial spirit: a passion for products, a pride in work, and a joy in connecting with customers. John always leaves with new ideas and renewed energy."Sean is awesome," he says with a big smile.
What Theresa and Sean have done goes beyond retail. They've built something that empowers, uplifts, and redefines what entrepreneurship can look like. At a time when fewer than 20% of people with disabilities are employed, One For All Gifts proves that entrepreneurship can be a powerful path forward—not just for income, but for dignity and self-expression.
Every product in their shop tells a story. Soaps, jewelry, artwork, and apparel are all a reflection of the maker's creativity and hard work. When you make a purchase, you're not just buying a gift. You're supporting someone's dream.

And that's why we're so excited to share their story. One For All is the kind of business we love to celebrate: a business showing what people with differing abilities can achieve.
So if you're ever on Long Island's North Fork, be sure to stop by their shop in Feather Hill Village. Or better yet, visit them online and support their mission from wherever you are. https://www.oneforallgifts.com/about-us
