United StatesI heard of John and his father on Fox & Friends, what a nice advertisement compliments of Fox News. . Absolutely excellent customer experience. From the website, to the great selections ( although more Christmas socks would be great !!) to excellent email tracking of purchase to the heartfelt letter and suckers included in the sack. But mostly, the design and quality of socks are A+ after a few times wearing them !! I've forwarded the website to many friends for Christmas purchases, so let's hope sales continue to soar for this unique company & great effort !!! More than ever, the "experience" customers receive is appreciated and properly rewarded, since Covid far too many companies have allowed such things as labor shortage etc to be an excuse for poor service and quality.
