This pause is intentional.
We’re taking time to reflect on everything we’ve learned, streamline what worked best, and rebuild the store so we can be stronger, more focused, and even more joyful. When we return in 2026, it will be with an updated version of John’s Crazy Socks, rooted in the same mission we’ve always had: spreading happiness and showing what people with differing abilities can do.
In the meantime:

I’m not Bossy, I’m the Boss. You’ve been saying this since you were six years old and your little brother refused to follow your rules when you played house. Then elementary school came and you had to lay down the law for the little hooligans who thought that they could run the playground better than you could. College came, and again you found yourself uttering these words because your group wouldn’t listen to your ideas for the presentation - and they were better than everyone else’s.
You are a natural born leader. You don’t shy away from conflict. You don’t back down from a fight. I’m not Bossy, I’m the Boss Socks. Adult life brings its own set of challenges that require you to gather that same energy that you had as a head-strong little girl. Stepping up to the task at work. Dealing with the kids. Telling your husband the way things are supposed to go. You never stop working #LikeABoss.
If you get tired of constantly needing to remind people of the way things work around here, get the sock that will do the work for you. I’m not Bossy, I’m the Boss Socks. People will think twice before going head-to-head with you once they see this.
