After nine wonderful years of shipping socks around the world, creating meaningful jobs, and spreading happiness, we’ve decided to pause our direct-to-consumer online store.
This pause is intentional.
We’re taking time to reflect on everything we’ve learned, streamline what worked best, and rebuild the store so we can be stronger, more focused, and even more joyful. When we return in 2026, it will be with an updated version of John’s Crazy Socks, rooted in the same mission we’ve always had: spreading happiness and showing what people with differing abilities can do.
In the meantime:
Most importantly, John’s Crazy Socks is not closing.

Stand Up 2 Bullying - There is a large epidemic among school age children in regards to bullying and this has got to stop! Our exclusive Anti Bullying Socks was designed to draw attention to the end of bullying.
The sale of these socks also helps fund LIBAC - The Long Island Coalition Against Bullying. A donation of 10% of the earnings of each sock is donated to this Long Island-based coalition which is dedicated to emphasizing the importance of bully-free communities on Long Island through education, increased awareness and therapeutic outlets.
