John’s Crazy Socks Shipping Policy

If you see a product on our website, that means we have it in stock. There are no delays waiting for a shipment to arrive. We only sell what we physically have in our warehouse. 

Same day shipping!

If you order by 1 pm EST on a business day, we ship your socks to you that same day. 

If you place an order after 1 pm EST, we ship it the next business day. You will always know where your order is because we will send you a confirmation email when your order ships and when it arrives.

Please note: During the summer, we close early on the weekend. We close at 1:00 p.m. EDT. We do this to say thank you to our colleagues who work so hard and to give them some extra time on the weekend. So same day shipping will apply to all orders received by 12 p.m. EDT on Fridays.

Free shipping on all orders $24 and up!

We know that happiness comes from socks, not shipping fees. We charge the shipping that USPS charges us and you can see the actual amount in your checkout process. If you spend $24 or more and your order is shipping within the U.S., your order's shipping is on us so get another pair socks for your friend, family member, or yourself!  Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping for international orders.

When will your order arrive?

For our U.S. customers, we ship first class ground advantage via United States Postal Service (USPS) which says your order should arrive in three to five business days. We ship from the NY metropolitan area so shipment time depends upon the distance from NY.

You can also upgrade to priority mail which means your socks should arrive in two to three business days; however, USPS does not guarantee delivery within that time frame.

Remember, shipping is free on $24 orders!

More than just a box!

Getting our socks to you is more than simply throwing them in a package and sending them on their way. We carefully prepare each package. We want you to look forward to getting our socks and to be excited when they arrive. We take great care in how we package our socks. We want to make sure they arrive safe and sound in your mailbox. Plus, we put some surprises inside each package for you to make the experience all the better!

We ship around the world. We ship internationally via the United States Postal Service. We want everyone to have our socks!

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer our "Sock of the Month" club membership or free shipping internationally.

Please note: Each country requires that customers themselves are responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage fees necessary for customs clearance. This is out of our control and is decided by each individual country's postal service. If you're unsure about your country's shipping policies, please check before placing an international order (we don't want you to have any nasty surprises).
