Here at John’s Crazy Socks, we promise a selection of socks that our customers will love and we also promise fast, personal service. We appreciate your business and we want to make our gratitude clear in every aspect of what we do for you. Every order of crazy socks gets our personal attention.

Fast Shipping on Every Order of Crazy Socks

We want you to receive your socks as fast as possible so we pack each order of crazy socks as soon as we receive it. If we receive your order by 3 p.m. Eastern Time, we ship it that day. If we receive your order after 3 p.m., it ships the next business day. We offer free shipping for orders of $25 or more. You can expect to receive your package in one to three days.

We Put a Little Tender Loving Care in Every Package

Simply sending you a package of socks is not enough. We pay attention to each order and put a personal touch in each package of our crazy socks. Here’s what goes into each package:

• The socks: everything starts with the socks
• A note card about our business and the package: We include a note card with the story of our business and some information about your package.
• Two discount cards: We want to show our appreciation to our customers, so we include two discount cards. One for you to use and one to share with a friend.
• A handwritten thank you note from John: John hand writes a thank you note for each customer. There are days when he does a lot of writing, but he is diligent and it is important to him to thank each person.
• A package slip: The package slip includes a review of the order.
• Some candy treats: We include a few pieces of candy as a way of showing how much we appreciate our customers.

Checking Twice on Each Order of Crazy Socks

After completing the order, we check it over twice to makes rue that we have everything right. Part of delivering great service means getting your order right.  The Postal Service picks up orders during the day, but each afternoon, John makes a special delivery to the Post Office to make sure we get all of the day’s packages out to our customers.

What about Hand Deliveries of Crazy Socks?

We ship packages all across the United States (we will add international shipping this spring – 2017), but we are always looking to add that extra personal touch. Plus, we love our customers and love meeting with them. So John makes hand-deliveries in the area of our operations. So if you live in Huntington, New York and you place an order, you might hear a knock on your door and you’ll see John’s smiling face as he hands you a bright red box with your order of crazy socks.
