Inventory Ninja (Seasonal)

We’re in the business of spreading happiness through socks. To do that, we need to have many crazy and colorful socks available for our devoted customers to purchase. Our Inventory Ninjas are essential to this process because they check our receivables and inventory for accuracy. After all, our customers can only be happy if our inventory is accurate and the warehouse is fully stocked so that they can shop for all the socks that they want.

As an Inventory Ninja, you will:

  • Receive, unpack, and place goods in bins in the warehouse
  • Re-stock items as necessary; label shelves
  • Move inventory from long-term storage to active bins as necessary
  • Assist Sock Wranglers in finding items in the warehouse
  • Count inventory as part of the audit process
  • Help maintain a clean and orderly warehouse
  • Move inventory between the main warehouse and overflow site, this may involve driving a van or small truck
  • Other duties in the warehouse as assigned

We are hiring for seasonal work though it could lead to an offer for full-time work. We have four-hour time slots and full-time time slots. We can be flexible on the number of days worked, though you must be able to work at least three days per week. During November and December, we operate Monday through Saturday.

Job requirements

  • High school diploma/GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Exemplary (Basic) mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends and nights as needed
  • Enthusiasm for the mission and job
  • Ability to work hard
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with colleagues
  • Must be able to lift 50-pound boxes and carry them 15 feet


  • Warehouse experience, minimum one year
