I LOVE my new socks but even BETTER was the customer service I received when I called with a problem. I ordered two pair of the same sock in different colors. One pair was perfect, the other was (for some odd reason) from a different manufacturer and was smaller and or poorer quality. I talked to Marie on the phone who was extremely helpful, figured out what went wrong, told me to donate the the less excellent socks and that she would send the right quality socks out right away. She did send them AND included a "gift" pair in a new color as an apology!! NEVER have I had customer service like THAT!!! This will be my favorite sock company from now on and I LOVE ordering socks!! Thank you Crazy John!
